Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AllAutomaited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AllAutomaited provides AI automation consulting, workflow development, and business intelligence services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business processes
• Grant necessary access to systems and data required for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information and feedback in a timely manner
• Designate appropriate personnel to participate in discovery and training sessions
• Ensure you have proper rights and permissions for any data or content you provide

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, project-based work requires a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Monthly retainer agreements are billed in advance on the first of each month.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all custom workflows, automations, and deliverables created specifically for your business. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property. We reserve the right to use general knowledge and experience gained from working with you.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your proprietary business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllAutomaited's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from automation implementations, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed prior to termination. Pre-paid fees for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
